We currently deliver within Malaysia (West Malaysia / East Malaysia).
Shipping Method
We work with professional air-freight partners to ship parcels by air into Malaysia, and J&T Express will handle the last-mile delivery.
Processing Time
Usually 1–2 business days to process and dispatch.
Weekend and public holiday processing/delivery is available (rare exceptions will be announced).
Estimated Delivery Time (business days)
West Malaysia (Peninsular): approx. 4–6 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan): approx. 6–8 business days
Remote areas or uncontrollable factors (flight/weather) may cause a 1–2 day delay.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination/weight. Free-shipping promotions will be displayed when applicable.
Tracking
Due to the nature of cross-border air logistics, early-stage tracking may not be publicly available in real time.
Once the parcel is handed over to J&T in Malaysia, you can track it using the J&T tracking number.
For early-stage updates, please contact our customer support and we will assist with manual tracking.
Duties & Taxes
Any import-related duties/taxes or clearance fees (if applicable) are covered by us — customers will not be charged extra. (In rare exceptional cases, we will contact you to resolve promptly.)
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct and complete. Address changes after dispatch may not be guaranteed.
Return/Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date (based on tracking status).
Eligibility
Items must be:
Unused, in original condition, with no stains/odors/wear.
With all accessories included (strap, charms, etc.).
With order details available for verification.
Non-returnable Cases
Requests made after 7 days.
Items with signs of use, damage, stains, scratches, deformation, water damage, etc.
Final sale/clearance items marked as non-returnable (if applicable).
Defective / Wrong / Missing Items
If your item arrives defective, wrong, or missing:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos (unboxing video recommended).
After verification, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Contact customer support with your order number and reason.
Receive return instructions and return address from us.
Ship the item back and provide the return tracking number.
Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Return Shipping Cost
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is typically paid by the customer.
For verified defects/wrong shipment, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide compensation (as confirmed by support).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For COD orders, refunds may be arranged via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item or a refund.
