These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shineyoo.shop (the “Site”) and purchases from ShineYOO (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
You may use the Site as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
2. Products and Information Accuracy
We strive to display product information accurately (including descriptions, materials, and images). However, minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and batch variation. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and Promotions
All prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. Promotions, coupons, and offers may be subject to additional terms and availability. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:
payment verification issues,
suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions,
stock availability or fulfillment constraints.
5. Payment Methods
We support payments via third-party payment providers and may also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on eligibility and service coverage. Payment processing is governed by the provider’s policies. For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm details before dispatch.
6. Shipping, Delivery Time, and Tracking
We deliver primarily within Malaysia. Estimated delivery times:
West Malaysia: 4–6 business days
East Malaysia: 6–8 business days
Business days exclude exceptional disruptions (e.g., severe weather, force majeure).
Some shipment stages may not show public tracking. If tracking is not available, please contact customer service. For last-mile delivery (e.g., J&T Express), tracking may be available once the parcel enters the local network.
Weekend and public-holiday operations: our logistics partners may still operate; actual delivery timing may vary by region.
7. Taxes and Duties
For shipments within Malaysia, applicable taxes and duties are covered by us unless otherwise stated. If unusual additional charges are requested by a third party, please contact us before paying.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy published on the Site (for example on the SHIPPING page). In general:
Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.
Requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or custom reasons (if applicable).

9. Warranty / Quality Issues
If you receive an item with a confirmed defect or wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time with photos/video evidence. We will provide an appropriate solution (replacement, exchange, or refund) according to our policy.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
misuse the Site or attempt unauthorized access,
upload malicious code or interfere with site operation,
engage in fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to ShineYOO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShineYOO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
